Important: Although Ireland is a European destination, your Dutch health insurance does not always offer full or adequate coverage for a longer stay or study program abroad. Certain treatments, specialist care, sports-related injuries, or emergency transportation back to the Netherlands may not always be fully covered. Some schools or programs in Ireland may also require specific types of additional insurance.
A specialized student or travel insurance policy often provides broader and more suitable coverage.
